In The Zone provides specialised coaching services for individuals with disabilities. Our NDIS service supports individuals living with a disability to improve strength, mobility, and overall independence through personalised exercise programs.

Delivered by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, our NDIS services focus on capacity building and improving daily living skills through safe and structured strength training.

We assist by assessing your current level of functioning and design a tailored exercise plan to improve your independence, mobility, balance, strength and coordination. Additional to the physical benefits of exercise for disabled individuals, improved communication and social skills are a side effect of engaging in regular exercise with an EP, helping to further increase mental wellbeing.

how to get started

  1. Submit an Enquiry

    Contact In The Zone to discuss your goals, support needs, and NDIS funding eligibility.

  2. Initial Assessment

    An Accredited Exercise Physiologist will complete a comprehensive assessment of your current mobility, strength, functional capacity, and personal goals.

  3. Personalised Exercise Plan

    A tailored exercise program is developed to support improvements in strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and daily living skills.

  4. Ongoing Coaching & Support

    You will complete regular training sessions with guidance and support to help you safely progress and build confidence with movement.

  5. Progress Tracking

    Your progress is monitored over time to ensure the program continues to support your independence, health, and wellbeing.
